Addressing Workplace Bullying and Harassment: Online Course

This is a comprehensive course for managers and supervisors.

It has five modules and includes the material from Course 1 (Preventing Workplace Bullying And Harassment), with additional information and tools for managers who may be approached by staff, and required to intervene in situations. The five modules are:

• What is bullying and harassment
• The effects of bullying and harassment
• Options to address bullying, harassment
• How to challenge bullying and harassment
• Responding to bullying and harassment

Each module takes between 20 and 30 minutes to complete.
